If you include juicing in your daily diet… GREAT. If not, keep reading because by the time you finish reading these shocking benefits of juicing, you may want to start.

You may be new to juicing and that is perfectly OK. I want to start by making a simple statement. Juice more vegetables than fruit. I have read so many people talking about how juicing isn’t beneficial because of all the sugar. Don’t get me wrong, fruit is healthy for you but like everything else… in moderation. Too much of anything is bad for you.

Fruit contains sugar. Natural sugar but its still sugar. So, if you eat too much fruit, you are also digesting way too much sugar. That is when juicing can prevent all these amazing health benefits. Again… juice more vegetables than you do fruit.

Now onto the benefits of what juicing can provide…

Easier and More Effective Absorption of Nutrients

Let me start by saying yes, fiber is also good to digest but the body can only eat so much. When you juice, you are packing as many healthy nutrients in a liquid form. It is much easier for your body to absorb a liquid than it is a solid. Not only are you absorbing nutrients easier but you are absorbing much more nutrients.

If you have never juiced before, you can juice your recommended daily intake (6-8 servings) of fruits and vegetables in about a cup of juice.

Its very hard to eat 6-8 servings of fruits and vegetables in any given day. Juicing not only takes care of that problem but allows you to digest and absorb them easier and much more effectively.

Weight Loss

Yes! That’s right… juicing influences weight loss.

You’re probably thinking, “cool, I will just juice and I will lose weight. I don’t have to exercise and I can eat whatever else I want.”

To top it all off, by consuming a greater amount of fruits and vegetables, you will become full so the temptation to splurge and eat greasy or fat food is decrease dramatically.

1. Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Masticating Dual-Stage Juicer

This is BY FAR, the best juicer. I have been using this juicer for about 4 years and I have never had any problems with it. It’s very easy to use and very easy to clean. The Omega J8006 is one of the most expensive juicers on the market but the quality and life-time warranty put it above all the rest.

2. Aicok Slow Masticating Juicer

The Aicok is a nice alternative to the omega. Less expensive but will also allow you to get the job done, and very nicely if I must say. This juicer has a very quiet motor and is easy to clean. Overall… perfect spot at #2 on the list.

    3.Hamilton Beach 67601A Big Mouth Juicer Extractor

        The Hamilton Beach 67601A is the least expensive juicer on this list. Very affordable but it also comes with a couple of red flags. I personally bought one of these when I first started juicing and I had problems with the blade getting very dull… meaning you had to go out and buy a new one. The motor was not too loud and it is indeed, very easy to clean. The question comes down to, how much are you willing to pay for the quality of your juicer?

        The better the quality your juicer is, the better quality of juice you are consuming…

        Wrapping it up!

        I want to be very clear when talking about juicing… 80% vegetables and 20% fruit. You do not want to juice more fruit than you do vegetables because it could lead to diabetes and becoming overweight due to all the sugar you are consuming.

        You must find a juice that you enjoy and play with it a bit. Add and remove. Remember when doing this… lemons or limes are GREAT if you are trying to enjoy the taste a little more.

        Also,- if you just simply juice and nothing else, you will not see these results. You must incorporate an all-around healthy diet, exercise daily, and get your rest. Juicing is just another way to live a happier and healthier life!

With so many juice machines, having the right one for our needs is important. I have juicing for many years and there’s nothing that beats the great taste of what is fresh out of the juice machine in my kitchen. Delicious!
          Over the years of juicing, I have done a lot of research on natural cancer cures and have learned how valuable juicing can be in bringing health to cancer patients and in curing them. It’s especially important to use organic carrots and dark leafy greens whenever we juice since there are so many pesticides in most non-organic fruits and veggies. I’m bookmarking your site.             You hit the nail right on the head! If you have never heard of the dirty dozen, I suggest you do a little more research about it because its amazing. It talks about what fruits and vegetables you need to buy organic and which ones are ok. Basically anything with a thick shell is ok to buy non-organic because none of the pesticides or other harmful chemical can penetrate into the fruit or vegetable.

          I’m gonna add that Omega to my wish list on Amazon. I currently have your least favorite juicer (the Hamilton) because I wanted to test the juicing waters. lol. I need to get back into it because juicing was all positive for me..with the exception of cleaning the juicer. I use one of the recipes from Joe’s Reboot program and I will literally “buzz” after drinking it. It’s the most incredible natural high-and all from juice!
